To LFP members,

Some of our fellow members whom are experienced in wedding, portrait and events photography will conduct a group discussion cum lecture with photoshoot exercise activity on Friday morning, 28 Nov 2008, from 8:00 am onwards (until you get tired of listening to us) at Heritage Park Abu Dhabi..

This minor event is organized based on the survey results of the members who attended last meeting. A majority has selected the portraiture and landscape category.

The purpose of this group discussion is to make everyone become familiar with the common techniques and usage of the camera.

The agenda for group discussion will be.

1. Familiarity with basic camera functions and operation.
2. Techniques on how to properly set your camera on photoshoot situation with exercises.
3. Tips on how to take portrait photos & composition.
4. Tips on how to take landscape photos & composition.
5. Sharing of techniques learn from last workshop event on portrait and glamour.
6. Question and answer portion related to terms mentioned in the survey sheet.
7. Photoshoot Exercise – using one of the participants to model for us to practice portrait photography.

Please bring the following.

Notebook and writing pen.
Your camera manual.
Sample of your portrait and landscape photos for critique and sharing (in usb drive or memory card).
