I have a problem.

I wanna buy something online but these things need a credit card.
I do not have a credit card and I dont think i can afford to maintain one. My salary is not even in the range bracket requirement sa Credit Card. So that's a no no.
All I have is a paypal account with a bit of money in it. Paypal can be used to buy things, but somebody has to deposit money to it via credit card or dollar account sa bank.

Is there any workaround or some other way to buy stuff online and pay without using credit card? or something like that here in uae.
