It’s siesta time. Anyone up for a coffee cup?
 
Lightsource Filipino Photographers will gather together on Friday, August 29th, for the club’s 6th meeting with the theme "Siesta".

We aim to capture various images of siesta. Siesta photos usually involve people, but remember that animals do siesta too. A photo of a hammock in a beach is also a good image representation of siesta. Let’s use our imagination to create a unique interpretation of the world’s favorite past time.

Bring your best siesta photo in JPEG format saved in a flash drive, memory card, or CD. Be prepared to describe your photo in at least 10 sentences. A special prize awaits the best shutterbug.

Agenda also includes introduction of new members, discussion of membership benefits, collection of membership forms and fees, issuance of receipts to paid members, planning of future activities for the club, among many others.

Please bring a passport-size photo for the ID and 150.00 AED for those who haven’t paid the fee yet.

Time: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Venue: Starbucks Coffee, Khalidiya (if traveling via taxi: Building after Dana Plaza in Khalidiya)

our club is getting bigger and bigger.  we should do the necessary so that we could start giving workshops etc...

Yes i'll be attending. Finally found the time to go back to photography..

Next meeting's theme is "Hope". You have two weeks to prepare. Let's see who can beat Kuya Jun. Again, a special prize awaits the best shutterbug. Participation from all members is encouraged.
