Who says summer is all about beach?

Lightsource Filipino Photographers will gather together tomorrow, August 15th, for an outdoor photo shoot and  tomorrow's theme is "Summer".

We are aiming to capture various images of summer in Abu Dhabi. We are trying to stay away from mediocre summer pictures, so we are taking our cameras to the parks and the streets to see what cools us down during the summer heat.

Please bring your camera and anything else that you think you might need.

A short meeting will follow afterwards.

Time: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Meeting place: Baguette Cafe, Corniche Road (if travelling via taxi: ADCB Building Corniche Road Golden Tower)

Please confirm your attendance.

We are also requesting all members to pay the membership fee (150 AED) tomorrow so we can already have our shirts and IDs done.

Ask ko lang kung pwede magpost ng photos taken using my P&S Canon SX100 IS?

I went jogging yesterday morning and I only brought along my Canon P&S. Hirap kasi mag-jogging kpag dala yung DSLR, baka mapuna ako ng mga police on patrol and be tagged as "Shooter on the run".  images/icones/icon14.gif

Yup, sure. We have to wake up about 5am (my usual waking hours everyday).. I discovered there are lots of photo ops in the parks during early mornings.. I have some street shots of guys playing cricket..

Does the photos I have taken this last week qualifies for our summer theme photo shoot submission?

Yeah it's OK. Just post the ones taken during last week's photo shoot in the Events forum (where photos taken from LFP photo shoots should be posted for critique) and the ones taken yesterday in Nature or People perhaps?
