LFP is organizing a lecture on friday 19 December 2008 regarding basic and advance photo post processing techniques using Photoshop CS3 & CS4..

Due to the limited space in the venue only max 12 participants can be accommodated per session and there will be two 3 hour sessions scheduled on that same day..

session 1 : 1pm to 4pm
Session 2 : 4pm to 7pm

please confirm your participation through this thread the schedule time slot you wish to attend.

We will be collecting about 20AED for each participant on the same day to pay for cost in electricity usage and for some snacks.

Venue Address : flat 407, 4th floor, Union National Bank Building, Defense Road, Abu Dhabi..

Please bring the following.

1. Your laptop with power adapter. (participants no need to worry about not having any photoshop software installed in their PC.)
2. Pen and Notebook
3. Raw or Jpeg photos for Photo processing exercises.
4. USB flash drive if you have only.

Note :

Participants are requested to prepare a landscape photograph in raw/jpg format shot in 3 exposures, 1 normal exposure (ev 0), 1 overexposed (ev +2) and 1 underexposed (ev -2).

Take photo using manual (M) mode at aperture f4 setting, ISO 200. adjust shutter speed to get required exposure as mentioned.

Sorry to disappoint you vincent. These lecture sessions are organized solely for the registered member of lightsource. We give priority to them, and this is one of the priveleges we offer our members whom are committed to the our club.
